Arezzo Festival 2008 - Gli ospiti

Come scuola esclusiva per professionisti di teatro e film, l´Accademia di Teatro e Film è convinta che gli insegnanti debbano essere unicamente i migliori rappresentanti attivi della professione. Ogni attore che esce dalla scuola  ha lavorato con i più straordinari ed aperti maestri del teatro ungherese. Un periodo molto intenso di tre anni dentro all´accademia è seguito da un anno di tirocinio/stage presso un teatro importante. 

As an exclusive school for theatre and film professionals, the Academy of Drama and Film believes in employing only active representatives of the profession and the very best at that. Any actor who graduates from this school will have worked with the most outstanding and open directors, as well as other masters of the Hungarian theatre. A uniquely intense period of three years, spent only within the school walls, is followed by a year of practice/internship at a major theatre.

WORLD MUSIC

Dodici studenti dell´Accademia di Teatro e Film di Budapest invitano il pubblico ad un viaggio musicale intorno al mondo. Partendo dall´Ungheria attraverseranno 13 paesi per poi ritornare in Ungheria. Lo spettacolo include per esempio la Tarantella italiana, un matrimonio Klezmer e il sirtaki greco. Le danze intense ci daranno un´impressione delle differenti culture. Canzoni folcloristiche hanno dato l´idea dello spettacolo, perché la musica folcloristica è il modo più elementare di espressione dall´inizio della storia dell'uomo. Lo spettacolo ha avuto grandissimo successo in Ungheria. Le coreografie sono del coreografo della famosa ExperiDance Dance Company, Bertalan Vari. Il regista è Imre Kerenyi, pioniere del teatro musicale ungherese.

Twelve students from the University of Theatre and Film invite the audience to a journey around the world. Beginning in Hungary, we follow them through 13 countries before returning to our starting point. The production includes Italian Tarantella, a Yiddish Klezmer wedding and Greek sirtaki. The vivid show with intensive dances gives us a glimpse of different cultures. Inspiration for the production came from folk music, as it has been the most fundamental form of expression since the beginning of humanity. The show was highly successful throughout Hungary. "World Music" is choreographed by the co-choreographer of the world famous ExperiDance dance company, Bertalan Vari. It´s director is Imre Kerenyi, pioneer of Hungarian musical theatre.
